Our Story
Cabo had been calling us for many years. As Canadians, we come from generations of Snowbirds.
In 2020, we decided to prepare for the next chapter in our lives. From our cottage in snowy Ottawa, we bought sight unseen, a pre-construction property in Cabo. Now here we are and our new journey begins.
Loving Cabo and not quite ready for fulltime retirement, we brought our family experience and skills together to form CheckWorks Cabo.
As an architect and facility manager, along with a husband experienced with investment property ownership who needs to keep busy, and a daughter who is a lawyer and Cabo realtor, we make a unique team passionate about properties in Cabo.

Walkthrough inspections:
(1 to 3 bdrm unit)
